J.E.Bramblett holds an associates degree from Elizabethtown Community College, is a graduate of A Pass Weikel Real Estate School, and a graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute of Indiana University. He studied the Theory of Management in Tokyo, Japan, and has taken numerous real estate, auctioneering, marketing, financing, appraising, and property management classes and courses.

He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the National Auctioneers Association, numerous state and local chapters for real estate agents and auctioneers. He is a member of the Certified Auctioneers Institute, the highest designation an auctioneer can receive. Mr. Bramblett is an annual multi-million dollar producer and has been a RE/MAX Platinum Club Member for the past several years. Mr. Bramblett has received an award from RE/MAX Regional Services for ten consecutive years for being one of the top ten real estate agents in all of Kentucky and Tennessee.

After getting my license in the fall of 2004, I immediately turned my attention to investing.  While working on my own projects, I decided to start helping friends and family, buy and sell homes.  What I found out very quickly, is that I enjoyed helping buyers and sellers as much, if not more than investing.

I have committed my life to serving others which is a credit to my Christian philosophy and my strong work ethic.  I spent 24 years serving as an elementary teacher, counselor and principal in the Hardin County School system.  Upon retirement in January 2010, I continued in a service profession as I entered the real estate field and am now finding great satisfaction in helping people buy the home of their dreams. 

I have a masters’ degree in educational administration and am currently completing a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation.

Thue Ignacio was raised in the Elizabethtown/Radcliff area and is the mother to her 5 year old daughter Malaya Ignacio. She is also very active in the Laotian and Filipino community in the Central Kentucky Area and speaks fluent in both languages.
